James, Abergavenny

Score 9.0/10

+ Excellent contrast levels, very good blacks, handles motion competently, excellent detail levels and natural colours, very comprehensive picture adjustment including customisable 100hz processing.
4 HDMI sockets.
Very thin in profile, attractive design.
Touch sensitive controls on the front panel.

- Sound is very tinny and lacking in weight, the onboard speakers and amplification just are'nt up to the job, I would recommend using a seperate sound system.
Blacks are slightly lighter in the far corners of the screen.
HDMI sockets are on the far lefthand side, so the cables stick out the side.
Navigating the menu with the remote control is a little bit slow.

+ A really good crisp clear picture, cinema quality on HD and good black definition.

- Sound quality is really poor and tinny due to the size of the speakers. I had to buy a home cinema set up to get good sound.

+ Good Design and Functionality. Very thin and very practical to have an additional pebble design remote controller.

- Price is relatively higher than LCD and it would have been good to have a 200Hz version for 32" to fit small living room.

Score 9.0/10

+ Brilliant picture even in Standard Definition, Smart Hi Gloss finish, thin case, wish i'd gone for 37" or even 40"
but never mind

- No bad points as such, however as to be expected with these tv's the sound quality is a bit tinny, but I can live with it. I'm not a fan of cinema speaker systems (too many wires) but I do have a Bose Wave Radio CD system which more than makes up for the shortcomings of the TV's internal speakers.

Score 8.0/10

+ The good points are the connectivity to other devices including internet [with the extra dongle - which is expensive], the brilliant design and picture quality.

- The poor points are sound [I bought a home cinema system to overcome that problem] and the lack of widgets to enable BBC and ITV i-players to be used with the TV.
