Good points:: Picture quality is excellent.
Sound is better than most of this size.
It is very light and appears stable.
Power usage is low.
Bad points:: Easily knocked off any table or sideboard.
Screen irreparably damaged if unit hits carpeted floor.
Series 4 & series 5 models do not support use of Smart Remote Keyboards for Internet activities.
Handset connection to the Internet is good if your manual dexterity matches the average brain surgeon.

Good points:: It's my first smart tv and my first Samsung , took me 2 mins to set up and as soon as I got a picture I knew I'd made a good choice the colours are rich and vibrant , very easy to connect to my wi-fi and I find the sound better than most tv's of this size.
Bad points:: Even though the the wi fi is easy to set up the Internet browser is a nightmare, sluggish and hard to navigate although the rest of the smart features are quite good , I've never tried face book but I didn't buy a tv for surfing the net or Facebook , that's what pc's and tablets are for.
