+ touch screen is good

- it is a bit long winded when trying to add symbols to a text and sending a text

+ Brilliant to be able to get the radio, and the feature of having 'post-its' when you dial the number is pretty unique.

- Automatically goes to the main screen after you reply to a text message - you have to go back into the in-box to delete anything. Sometimes very frustrating when you accidentally knock the touch screen keypad and your screen changes.

+ it's got a good camera

- Have to go through so many menus to send 1 message and the battery life not to good either and the touchscreen bit is not very sensitive

- cannot get it to work with vista

- The keypad is difficult to use for texting, and if you accidentally brush against the touchscreen whilst texting you often have to start all over again, which is frustrating

+ the phone is brilliant, the camera video are excellent. the ease of use is great and easy to get around the phone.

- the battery could last a lot longer as mine only lasts about 1 and a half days.

- Where do I start!! It regularly switches itself off when the battery is low. It has to be charged every night to prevent this from happening.The navigation key is very difficult to use and I regularly call and text the wrong people due to a slight slip in the wrong direction. The screen also goes black when someone calls and I can't use my bluetooth earpiece with it as the volume is so low. Overall not as good as my previous G600. Hae seriously considered putting my new sim into my old phone as it is a frustrating phone to use.

- The features are not as good as I expected them to be. The 'phone profiles can not be customized. I also didn't like the fact that the symbols were not easy access. The 'phone was also slow and not to my satisfaction-would choose touchscreen if I hadn't already ordered this 'phone!! And wouldn't mind paying more for extra features! Not very impressed!!!

- every time i text i have to change the input method from predictive. It would be better if once you changed it it would stay at your input text.

+ the phone is nice and slim the graphics are very good, the key pad is very easy to use.

- this phone hasn't any bad points expect when first using the phone it was hard to set up the graphics but with support it became easier

+ the camera is fantastic when i figured out how to use it but that could just be an age thing. The quality of pictures and choice of features is excellent. the touch screen is fab have not found it too sensitive very quirky. Battery life hasn't been too bad but i don't use it all day long.I love this phone would buy it again

- not much warning when battery low it tells u its low then a few mins switches off so keep eye on battery

- Terrible battery life, has to be charged every 10 hours. Phone crashes when I get a call, screen messed up after just 2 weeks, buttons started to fall off! Very few positive things to say about this phone.

+ It works and I get good coverage, the battery life is extremely useful

- it is a touch sensitive when moving around the options, but that is probably my fat fingers

+ Easy to begin using the basics, I still have to master the rest, but that's because of laziness, not the phone.

- I have to keep reminding myself to charge it up, as the battery has 'died' a couple of times while I've been out.
