+ The product is a fantastic, good looking phone. It's very handy when you are out and about, looking good on you all the same. The features are impressive and always a notch above that my friends have on theirs :)

- Sometimes the touch screen is a little to sensitive and it is to easy to get brought somewhere you dont want to go.alot of web sites don't support the handset when trying to download things like wallpapers and tones.The phone is a little heavy but it just takes a little getting used to.

- The battery life is poor, although I find this is the case with most newer mobile phones. I also find sudden movement can cause the phone to switch itself off. My previous phone (Samsung U600) has some additional features which I used and enjoyed, e.g. vivid messaging and pre set templates.

+ I like the design, it fits nicely in your hand, the touch screen is really good as it changes depending on what you want to do. Overall it's simple and obvious to use not full of features yo never use. I love mine

- battery life is crap tell you yopu have full battery tehn bout ten mins lata phone switches off because its run out of life. when your writing a text the internet button is to close to the letters it keeps getting pressed.

- The phone is slow to react, it only stores 200 messages in the inbox, It turns it self off, It cuts off calls, It doesnt let you listen to answer machine messages properly.The touchscreen is slow to react and is frustrating to use.

+ The good thing about this products is that it is nice and compact.

- The speaker VOlume is way to quiet, to the point were i have to use my headphones just to hear what the other person is saying.

+ 1. It looks awesome, and easy to personalise, e.g. Creating your own themes 2. Putting files on is simple 3. when connected to the computer it can still use the phone functions aswell as be charged.

- 1. It scratches really easily.
2. Really short talk time battery life.
3. The only earphones that fit are the ones supplied, which are uncomfortable.
Texting - 1. I keep sending texts by accident because of the touch screen pad.
It should have a conformation screen after you have written the text, ( like on Sony Ericssons)
2. when you accidentally press the cancel button when you are texting, it only gives the option to either save text in drafts or to cancel texts. Its should have an option to continue writing (like Sony Ericsson)
3. the feature of adding words, keeps saving the words put in with a capital letter at the start, which is annoying. Sony Ericsson will definatly be my only phone from now on.

+ It has really good features and is quite easy to find your way around. It's a shame that it doesn't work properly!

- It would be a really good phone if it worked all the time. The navigation screen keeps freezing and sometimes its hard to press the centre OK button. It is also very easy to send people blank messages because of the dodgy centre button. The display also generally freezes from time to time.

+ The U900 is very easy to use. The touchpad is very accurate and smooth and its great how it reverts to whichever application you go into. I have the pink and it looks great. It is very slim and fits into the handbag easily. When the phone is closed it cannot take photo's or dial numbers by accident, so no messing around with having to lock the keypad. The picture quality is excellent, good camera. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone.

- The only bad point I have is that the volume even on maximum is quite quiet. It is fine to listen to music through the earphones but I do sometimes miss calls when it is in my handbag.

- a personal bad point with this phone is i have quite large thumbs and iwas touching 2 at the same time usually bringing up the application i didnt wanna use

+ Looks smart not too much on the phone as a casual phone. The camera quality is great could be a bit brighter on the video camera. its a fantastic every day phone you can't go wrong!

- No free games to keep entertained when first brought they could be at least 1 something like pool, most people like pool or a puzzle game that you can never get bored of. Battery life is not great most phones are not now days because to much technology on them. They should be a wider range of colours (like Ferrari red I love that colour) of the phone this is what most phone company lack with its poor every one is not the same.

+ Very easy to use, can personalise background of screen, perfect if you want a phone that has some toch features but not all touch operations.

- I have no real problems with phone sometimes can touch things by accident and open internet but no major bad points.

+ I got this phone for my son and he loves it. he thinks the touch screen navi pad is 'ccol' and he likes the fact it has plenty of features and an excellent camera.
