+ Its very easy to use and understand. fits neatly into my pockets, and not too heavy. Lovely design and clear. I like things to work efficiently and not break down easily. no problems so far.

- The battery shows three bars for a day after tha on day two the second bar goes really quick and then dies completely

+ The soul is gorgeous to look at, and the camera is great. It's small and sleek and the touch pad is really responsive.

- No games included, it's quite hard to get used to the navigation of things like profile editing etc.

+ I love this phone. I usualy purchase samsung models as i think they are very easy to use. I decided to get this phone as i dont agree with all the 'touchscreen only' phones, they tend to brake more which every1 has stated in the reviews. so i thaught stick to what i like. camera is good and i mainly baught it to listen to music. i have loads of picz and songs saved on the phone and i stil havent ran out of memory, but would adivce any1 who listens to lots to purchase a memory card.

- the little flap where the charger/usb goes into. also when ur listening to songs the phone has to be slided' upwards, it can work downwards but u have to click next song ur self. apart from that very good phone!-

- This is the worst phone i have ever had, i ttally regret getting it and im stuc in an 18month contract

+ Compact design and a great looking phone. It isnt the best camera phone out there, or the best music phone, or the best organiser phone, but it does all of these things really well.

- Although the phone itself is metal, and very hard wearing, the battery cover is plastic, and this attracts scratches very easily. Also, while not a bad feature, although the advertising of the speaker system highlights it, it is not noticeably better than other phones.

+ i like the way the phone looks and the way its so compact.
the touch screen is also a nice feature but can run slow at times.

- this phone has very poor sound on all aspects, the phone sometimes runs slow when using the touch screen, which can be very confusing.
the camera is tricky to use and you have to alter pictures to have them as a scrensaver which i hate.
trying to switch ringtones to a downloaded song can also be faustrating as it does not always allow you do do so.

- The key pad is over sensitive. Offen send blank texts as my hand brushes over the key pad

+ You can make all features of the phone pink.

- Ring tunes are quiet and battery does not last long at all.

+ I am not keen on phone so I wanted to go all out and get one that has everything I like on it...and this is the one!! The sound quality is brilliant and the Camera is unlike anything I've seen on previous camera phones...in some situations it has even outdone one of my compact digital cameras!! The navigation is brilliant and customisable, which is fantastic! It is possible to adjust the sensitivity of the navigation pad so don't worry about that either. The phone is very, very durable (lets just say it's bounced a couple of times). The "themes" option is also brilliant, needs a little experimentation but this phone, basically, can become whatever you want it to.

- The only bad point I can think of is battery life. It isn't awful, not by any means, but it does seem to run out quick. Don't let this put you off though as an average life span for me is two days... my phone gets moderate-high usage. When it's charged overnight or even when you need "that couple of hours" to concentrate on something important it does charge very quickly.
It IS possible to accidentally send a message too early (as a lot of other reviews complain about), but all thats needed to fix this problem is care. Press "hang up" while it's sending and you'll find it's cancelled and now in the outbox.

- Front touch pad can be prone to doing the wrong thing when combined with big clumsy man fingers.

+ i like the design of the product to start with, its sleek nd innovative and comes in a couple of professional looks. the screen resolution is good, nice and bright and clear. the camera can give some pretty impressive shots. i like the way you can make your own theme to go on the background.

- the navigatin buttons can get in the way when texting....the sound quality is poor...can lag and often crashes nothing that taking the battery out can't solve but can get annoying. not much to say for the bad points quite a good phone

+ The camera is excellent, and I really like the "touch-screen" feature.

- The battery life is quiet poor, I seem to have to plug it in constantly. Also, some of the keys have already become slightly dislodged so they make an odd noise when I use them. They still work, but clearly something is not quite right.

- Only thing I dislike is when texting, inserting symbols etc is a mission!
