- a bit wide and bulky, instruction book is poor not much info & wording is confusing so took a while to get to grips with it. If your on a call & need to press a number on the keypad it's a bit awkward.

- The camera doesn't have a flash but does take good pictures in the light.

+ It handles extremely well and its operation is, in the main, quite simple. The features are excellent and possibly more than some people would require. The find music function has been an excellent party piece and has impressed many of my friends. It even worked well with music that wouldn't be considered mainstream.

- After dialling a number the keypad locks. To use keypad options on a voicemail answering system the keypad has to be physically unlocked first.

+ The phone is so small and light and easy to carry around. Like the touchscreen and the camera and video quality are high.

- The keypad is quite sensitive and you can easily press the wrong button. Bit difficult to work all the bits and pieces and phone doesn't always take through my calls is I'm looking through my phone for anything it just says I'm busy and rejects the call coming through

- Have had some difficulty connecting to car by bluetooth

+ Great phone got exactly what I need on it.

- Problems getting keypad up when you phone someone/call centre and have to enter numbers bit frustrating

+ Looks fantastic, very easy to use. The touch screen takes a little getting used to. The best thing about this phone is the full qwerty keyboard when you turn the phone on its side. Fantastic! No more prefictive tewt(!)

- Screen needs some form of protection to stop scratching. I got some stick-on protectors, and I also got a Samsung flip down case, which integrates brilliantly by replacing the battery cover.

+ I love the easy access and having a qwerty keyboard that appears on screen, so much better than a heavy ugly phone or small little keys to tap at. It 's so easy to use and excellent access to social networking sites.

- Sometimes I 'touch' the wrong part and it would have been better if Samsung had provided some sort of stylus for tapping.

+ Nice compact and lightweight phone, very good battery life if not being constantly used. Nice and easy to enter texts using the QWERTY keyboard and camera functions are good even if the resolution isn't the greatest.

- Vibrate mode isn't great so not a lot of good if the phone is in your pocket somewhere noisy, also the little plastic tab covering the headphone socket won't last long as it is quite fragile.

+ A really good looking phone. Some good features, and the camera isn't too bad. Easy to use once you have found your way around it. Would definitely recommend!

- THE KEYPAD SCREEN KEEPS FLICKING BETWEEN TWO TYPES TO EASILY. IS SO EASY NOT TO DISCONNECT FROM CALLS AND LEAVE CALL TIME RUNNING. I HAVE SMALL HANDS AND FIND I CAN STILL TOUCH THE WRONG KEYPAD BUTTON WHICH IS FRUSTRATING.
