- very disappointed with the volume and quality of the sound, particularly as I am severely hearing impaired, Even sitting close, I have to have it on almost full volume which creates distortion

+ Incredible picture and design, this is one of the few smaller lcd tv's that supports up to 1080p. The sound quality is good also with the speakers underneath facing down, but they don't sound tinny.

- The information bar on screen which tells you details about the current programme you're watching is very small with tiny writing and hard to read and is not resizable.

+ Wonderful size for the smaller bedroom or kitchen. In fact better quality picture than other brand larger tv's. Nice looking set and easy to set up.

- Monitor makes slight high-pitched whine in operation
HDMI does not auto-correct 4:3 input (may be the fault of my FreeSat box)

Also it's design is quite stylish.

- Unable to record on VCR from the tv, it seems only to have inputs.
I would be very grateful if any one out there has any know how on this.

- Manual was not good at describing how the set should be set-up. It took my wife and I, both of us very computer literate, a number of re-readings to get it right. At very least the manual ought say in big letters how to get back to the, "Just out of the box," state so one can start over again. The information is there but, in the heat of the moment, not easy to find.

+ Its just so neat compared to the 17 year old clunker I had before. Picture is wonderful.

- Sound quality is awful but probably can't be improved due to the width of the set, and not too keen on the remote, the buttons seem upside down, also, takes a while to switch channels, there appears to be a time lapse.
