Reference to a digital TV tuner could be deceptive. This does not appear to have a freeview tuner incorporated but works well with a separate freeview box.

not everyone has internet facility and setting up and arranging channels you have to download instructions on computer, this is fine except tv for my mum and she is in residential home that has no internet, so the channels are all over the place and we live about 30 miles from the home so it wont be corrected for a week.

Says wall mountable but power point and aerial point are at back of monitor and not underneath, therefore making it difficult to hang flush on the wall - you need a adjustable bracket.

The picture quality is amazing. I have sky because I do not have digital in my area so have not been able to use the freeview version but it should not make any difference to the picture quality. Very easy to set up. I rate Samsung with quality T.V.

I found the sound to be a little bit strange but it might be because I have it in a small room.

Sound quality is awful, on a par with one of those annoying audio greetings cards. Its such a shame that what was almost acceptable for a computer monitor is nowhere near acceptable to palm off as a television.

I bought this TV for my room, and I love it. Design is great, the price was good, and it's easy to use. It has HDMI connections available (for when I can afford to get a good DVD player for it!). The remote control is included, fairly simple blockish design, it's easy to access the menus from it.
Beautiful TV, I would recommend it to anyone! :)
-
The only problems I've had with this were to do with my aerial connections, which were irrelevant to the TV itself, and easily sorted by buying an aerial booster. Other reviews of this product mention the blue light below the screen which stays on while the TV's on, but I don't find it to be annoying or distracting.

Fairly good quality picture, stylish cabinet finish, good connectability to games dvd or video pc etc. Easy to use, good size buttons on remote control for hands that may have problems such as arthritis. easy to install. good user guide for explanation of remote control and tuning.
-
Woeful sound system, prone to distortion throughout its various sound options under normal conditions, tv not faulty its just poor design, with poor quality speakers. Shame because the larger screen models by samsung have pretty good sound systems. Would not reccomend this model until it upgrades on sound.

Very good HD TV quality, gives an excellent picture in HD and SD. When used as a monitor, again same quality of picture whether HDMI, DVI, or DSUB conection. Sound although not surround, is still of a very good quality (stereo). The 933HD is a versatile HD TV and monitor. Very good option for those who want dual use of a monitor and TV. Very good value and a well designed Monitor/TV.

This is the second T.V, the first was like the "TV from Hell", wouldn't start up, would suddenly power up in the middle of the night, power cable would not fit in back of TV. Had to get it replaced...new one working fine.

Nothing really. We're running the TV in the kitchen from the RF2 output from our sky+ box in the living room. The signal is travelling a long way along coax cable, which is affecting the picture quality. I've not tried the TV with any direct inputs from DVD or anything, but I expect it would be good. Difficult to set up a good colour balance though.

Clean - flowing - lines that go well with the base. Easy to use as a TV and as a monitor. Easy to use remote and menus. Sound is acceptable given that this is not a large TV.
-
The 'piano black' finish (which I love - I have 4 Samsungs) shows the dust and finger prints. Finding out the correct 'Sky' remote code is hard work (All makes give this problem except Sony).
