- Good points:
- lightweight easy to push easy to empty
- Bad points:
- don't like the design of the crevice/upholstery tool - it has both heads on one tool and a swivel mechanism to change between the two which doesn't really work very well. A turbo tool for the stairs would be useful

Well,it is the first product that I could actually assembled myself with such ease (I am usually hopeless with DIY)
It is light to carry downstairs or up (I broke my last vacuum hoover dropping it down the stairs as it was too heavy!)
The suction power is amazing and I can now vacuum the house without waiting for the men in the household to do it! - Bad points:
- Apart from the ordinary looking model of a vacuum cleaner, I have yet to discover any bad points of this Samsung hoover!

- Bought for my 84 year old mother who phoned me to tell me how delighted she was with this product. Light and easy to use.
- Bad points:
- The only negative point are it's assembly instructions where the diagrams fail to show where on the actual machine pieces fit it gives only close up views, it is left to the customer to decide where to look on the machine for the close up diagrams
