Takes four buttons to get to the e-mail page. Or to difficult for me to program differently!

Ring tone choice limited and all fairly awful
Limited choice for snooze times on alarm - can't do nine minutes which happens to be what I want.
Can't hear message alert when phone is in my bag and not allowed to set volume to maximum

+ Easy to use, good battery life and overall a good quality phone.

- Some of the features are annoying to use, such as the text messaging Is not as advanced as It was on my old phone, but overall the phone Is good.

+ I like the look and feel of the phone. I like the attention to detail for example a mirror when the background light is on. The phone and the keys on the keypad are easy to use and I found the initial set up straightforward.

- There is no option to put the phone onto vibrate mode and when receiving an incoming call the volume is not loud enough for me.

+ it is a good little phone, the camera could of been better, but overall it is the best phone i have had in the last year, with other phones, even though i was on the same network, i didnt always get a proper signal.

Value for money was also a plus with this.
