Good points:: it is sturdy; starts quickly; good battery life
Bad points:: navigation is cumbersome e.g. sending a text to one person requires too many selections; size of files that can be received by Bluetooth is small and the limit is not documented, so am unable to change the ringtone to ones available on the Samsung website that are supposedly compatible
