+ Straight forward and easy to use without having to look up the manual every 2 minutes!

- Having trouble with the Cyberlink software that came with the camcorder - cant access it at all, but this is possibly down to our pc needing updated. Best to check you have a compatible pc!

- could you provide the sd card with the camera. We got the camera home then had to go back out for the card. Or at least inform the customer that a card is required.
