+ Speed of sending texts is very good, once you get used to the touch screen, it is easy to navigate through the applications, the camera is very good - the picture quality when you upload photos to your computer is excellent.

- When sending a text, the screen does tend to flick between the keypad style and the keyboard which can be a bit frustrating, especially if you're in a hurry.

+ nice easy interface with a great cam and video, fast internet,phone design is sleek

- clicking on a weblink it can sometimes zoom in or out rather than load the link you want which can be a pain.

+ Looks good

- Too easy to tap on wrong thing. Pages load without touching anything and home screen keeps changing by itself.

- Battery life isnt very long at all, find myself charging it all the time!

+ Generally a good phone. Camera is good, memory card gives lots of storage, great touch screen. Very responsive and I get nearly a week out of the battery

- Sound quality on a voice call seems to vary a lot during the call, not sure if I am blocking the speaker so i move the phone but it comes and goes. Speaker is loud on a voice call, i have mine turned down low as first time someone phoned me the whole room could hear the call clearly!

+ Very quick and always seems to have really good 3G coverage. A few of my friends have I-phone's and they struggle with their 3G signal. Also very quick at processing information, as fab hotlinks to facebook and my goole e-mail account. Very easy to use, everything is ready for you on the menu's, you don't have to drawl through sub menu's etc etc. Camera is amazing, especially the video camera, although it does blur when you zoom in!

- The picture on the camera blurs as soon as you hit the zoom function. This is in both video and picture mode. The touch screen is rather sensitive so be very careful to lock your phone before putting it away. The most annoying thing I found is having the lock button on the side as its easy to press as your trying to get the phone out of the case and I have called a couple of people accidently! Texting can be a bit tricky at first if you have never used a touch screen, but soon becomes second nature. Real down point for me is I can not access my microsoft account using this phone. The main reason? It doesn't have the underscore Icon so I can not type in my web address!!!

+ The phone looks great, is easy to use, texts well and the touch screen responds well. The music player is great and it has plenty of on-board memory with the option to add a memory card. The camera is also brilliant.

- The only real problem I have with this phone is the way it easily unlocks itself in your pocket. Then it opens applications, makes calls to your friends, and goes online (incurring charges), all from inside your pocket.

+ I find it fairly easy to use. I always choose Samsung phones for this reason. However, I am finding the full touch screen difficult to get used to! I know that I'm not using the phone to its full potential, being and older customer who is not always sure what they are doing, but I am enjoying the phone none the less!

- I'm finding the battery runs down a lot quicker than I expected and that Voda phone has no signal in Bacton Suffolk, where my mother lives :-(

+ Very fast and easily used phone. The user interface is very intuative and you'll be using all its features in no time. An excellent, very responsive touch screen, easily the best that I've come across.

- Battery life can drain a little quicker than is desirable when using it heavily (ie web browsing) but certainly not to the point of it being a problem.

- claims it's fast (impatience is a virtue) - it's not! You have to hold and press a button to unlock, which takes too long.
Poorly designed with the speaker on the back of the phone, meaning if your phone rings whislt on your desk, it won't be very loud because the sound is going towards the desk.
No need for three home screens and the dynamic cube is pointless.

+ its a great phone with great memory i would recommend anybody to get it.

+ Easy to use, very responsive and quick, looks good, not too heavy, not bulky, screen lock is very good, overall a good mobile.

- Not really that many, the internet could be a bit quicker however i have weak signal at home which does make a difference, sometimes when texting the keyboard switches to qwerty without tilting the phone, taking a picture on the camera is quite slow too. Battery life is ok usually lasts me about 3 days and i text and ring a lot and leave it on over night so thats not too bad. That's just being picky though, its a great phone.

+ This is the best gadget I have ever owned. So easy to use, stylish and filled with possibilities.

+ Really small and light - I sometimes forget that it's in my pocket! The battery life is also way, way better than my last phone (Nokia N82) where I was re-charging every other day; sometimes every night, now I charge my phone every 4-6 days. It has a load of good features (the touchscreen is fairly responsive most of the time) and the camera takes some decent pictures and video.

- There are very few apps out there for this (I'm used to having the symbian platform as I've always had Nokias) and the bundled software isn't the easiest to work with.

- doesn't always connect to calls first time, touch screen needs practice, viewing messages and missed calls sometimes takes 3-4 attempts

- The battery life is shocking when browsing and also i find the screen isn't as responsive as i would like. Also it is slow to load sms when the phone is turned on.

+ The screen is clear and you can transfer videos directly from your pc usually without having to convert them,

- You cannot choose to open a link in a new window in the internet browser.
You cannot turn off the keypad tones without having to turn off all the phone sounds eg the camera sounds.
You cannot turn the volume up high enough when listening to music through the headphones.
The software is not yet compatible with windows 7.
The battery takes too long to charge.
You cannot change the 3 different wallpapers at the same time in the settings; you have to go back to the main menu and move to the desktop with the wallpaper you want to change then navigate back to the settings.

+ The touch pad is very responsive and comparable to that of the iPhone. The phone as a whole is a good alternative to the iPhone.

- The main down side is there is very little app's for this device. With more apps and an app store this would be a very good contender to the iPhone

- battery lasts 12 hours on a good day, texting is hard, and the phone cant be used outdoors due to the sunlight. its almost impossible to use the keypad during a call, and the phone has an annoying automatic screen tilt which will infuriate you whilst texting.

+ Lots of great features in a value for money phone. If you don't don't to pay as much as £40 a month for smartphones such as the iPhone but want all everything if can offer this is a great alternative. The AMOLED screen is great, the touchscreen is responsive, and internet browsing is easy. I definitely recommend this phone.

- Orange branded software is very annoying. You loose out on functions such as some widgets (google, facebook, youtube etc), some motion control settings (ability to shake to the next photo/song etc), only 1 menu screen opposed to 3 in the non-branded version. Also the GPS isn't that great, it's a bit slow and not that accurate all of the time, but to be honest most GPS phones are like it at the moment.

+ its easy to use...the touch screen is of good sensitivity so you dont have to press it hard! i thort messaging wud be hard due to it bein touch screen, but its not at all, text messaging is very simple and easy. the camera and video quality is very good...and overall the phone is easy to use!

- theres no internal camera to take pictures of urself but the internal video camera works wen u do video calling..battery life is not as good as it cud be.

+ This phone absolutely suits all my needs. I needed a phone with a very good camera with video, stylish touch screen, internet friendly, calculator/stopwatch and access to all other features quickly and easily. After a 'normal' samsung it was a little strange to deal with for the first week but now wouldn't use anything else.

- Bluetooth can be a bit hit and miss when other phones pick up other devices straight away. Other than that none. Voicemail was an absolute nightmare to get off however as the phone does not have an ability to on/off at will. I had to go onto a forum to find out how to do it.

+ Great looking phone, easy to use and very fast. Web browsing is great, the camera works brilliantly, and the touchscreen is very user friendly. Really glad I went for this phone!

- Battery life isn't the best, so it needs charging pretty regularly.

+ Great Design, Touchscreen clear and bright. Loads of features. excellent value for money. Camera and video are really good and easy to use with a short cut button included on side of phone. Try panoramic setting for some really spectacular results, plus it does this automatically! Smile detector another great feature.Three separate wallpaper screens means each stays uncluttered and looks good when you switch on. Plus you get to put each feature where you want on the large screen.

- Touch screen takes some getting used to. You must remember to manually lock the phone after use, otherwise you start activating touch screen functions in your pocket! Bigger memory would be nice. No information about how each widget works in manual. Most will require broadband subscription to use effectively! Lacks voice control. Using camera with zoom gives blurred images, be warned.
