Good points:: Only my second ever Laptop, I loved my first one so was sorry to see it go.After day's of searching came to the Samsung RV511 and bought it with some trepidation, no need to worry though it's great, faster(much) than my other, in fact no problems at all so far.
Bad points:: Have not found any.
