+ It doesn't show up all those kid handprints and finger prints. The water filter is great my 3 year old loves it and shes started to drink loads of water!! Holds a lot of food and the temp regulators a great thing too especially with the child lock.

+ Easily visible controls. The door left open alarm is really handy as are the self closing doors. The water dispenser is a good size but a little difficult to refill in a smaller sink.

- The freezer is a little on the small side and putting the shopping away can be like a game of Tetris.

+ This is a lovely fridge/freezer..there is ample room in both areas.It was the only one we found that did the cold water dispensing,all the others did ice that meant it had to be plumbed in.The colour is great too..sort of dark matt silver..we love it!

I like the water dispenser on the outside of the fridge, although as we are a big family we are constantly having to refill the water filter inside and could do with this being of a larger capacity.

- Colour - only comes in silver grey and I would have preferred it if there had been a white option.

- freezer space on Ame4rican style ones is not as large as I would like.

+ Easy to move around. Simple to use. My wife who is suffering from arthiritis is very happy because she does not have to bend for a long time as was a must with the traditinal fridge freezer. Quiet. As a whole everyone in the family likes its looks and is pleased with the product. Above all, it has a two years Manufacturer's warranty.

- I think the capacity could be improved by cutting the size or the location of the internal lights. Some people whodo not use much cold water might find the one without it better. It will provide extra shelving.

- noisy compressor, small capacity, built in water dispenser is next to useless (difficult to fill and doesn't have much capacity) and it has no storage for bottles. Wish we hadn't bought it.

+ Freezer capacity excellent, mainly due to water dispenser in fridge door, ample fridge capacity also. So far kept to temperature despite the recent high temperatures. Also very nice to have filtered water on tap, re-filling the water dispenser is not a problem.

+ love the whole design, the water dispenser has been really useful with all the recent hot weather. it has a britax filter which improves the taste, but it is filled manually which means you don't have to go to the trouble of plumbing it in. has LCD temp controls on the front and an alarm that lets you know if you leave the fridge door open. good solid drawers - my last fridge they all fell apart.

- the shelves are a bit shallow for standing bottles up in and there is only limited space in the door.

+ we've had this fridge freezer for a couple of weeks now and so far its fantastic. loads of room in the fridge and plenty of room in the freezer for our family of 3. Loving the filtered water and so good that it doesn't have to be plumbed in. It is big to get in the house but the delivery guys were brilliant.When it wouldn't go in the front door they even put it back on the van and drove around to a back lane and took the doors off it to get it in the house. They were great

+ I did alot of resreach when purchasing the Fridge/freezer as I wanted one with the drinks dispenser on the fridge side as on the freezer side it takes up too much space and I wanted one that didn't have to be plumbed in.
Its quiet, has child locks and when it was delivered the delivery team took the actual doors off which enabled it to be installed quickly - I love it !!

On castors so easily manouved for cleaning under/behind, can acess power piont to switch on/off if necessary

- Some of the internal fittings are little flimsey - suspect longer term breakages (but not experienced any so far)
Overall finish not as same standard as top of range brands (but acceptable)

+ great storage capacity and the benifit of a chilled filtered water dispencer without plumming. Easy to install.

- Occationally a little noisey (but no loud enough or often enough to really moan about) The dairy tray at the top of the fridge door gets in the way of filling the water tank. So you either have to take it out each time or leave it out perminatly. (We find we have to fill the tank at least once a day)

- The design of the shelves on the inside door of the fridge, just a nice finishing touch to a good unit but they could be a little deeper and bigger to allow for 4 pint cartons to stand..this is a family size unit so should be able to cope with family size milk bottles.

+ Does exactly what the description says, the real plus point for us was, that the unit does not require plumming in, just plug in and away you go.

+ Absolutely brilliant, it has changed the way we shop and eat. The chilled water is fabulous and we have all increased our water intake.

- The only bad point (and it was easily overcome by sweet-talking the delivery guys) is that it was too big to fit through our front door but Samsung know about this as the first pages in the instruction manual show you how to remove the doors to get the fridge/freezer in.

+ I love my fridge freezer. The Best!!! Chilled water is excellent and making the whole family healthier! The best kitchen appliance I have bought in 21 years of marriage!!!!

+ Nice design, huge capacity, especially as it's one of the few of this style not to have most of it's freezer taken up by a water/ice machine. On the same theme, it doesn't need plumbing in even though it does have a water dispenser(Brita filtered),you have to fill the tank yourself (arghhhh,what physical labour!!!!!!!!!!)
All in all a very well put together machine which also does it's job very well. Can't be bad.
