+ excellent layout inside the fridge and freezer and great theat old products taken away saving a lot of hassle

+ Looks great, colour better than stainless steel finish because it doesn't show up hand prints. Easy to find all foods. Two capacious veg drawers. Water filter is good - iced water without having to pipe water half way round the kitchen and have it plumbed in. Ice trays are well positioned and well designed. I like the fact that it is on wheels therefore easy to move. Overall, a good design.

- Nothing too much - I am worried that shelves may break easily, as they look a bit fragile. When a jug of coffee spilt in the back of the fridge it was quite fiddly to clean it up and I found that there were a few awkward nooks and crannies that were difficult to clean out. Ice dispenser would have been nice, but trays are good next best option.

+ Brita water filter, is fantastic, my daughter drinks so much water cool filtered water now, alarm when door left open, big capacity fridge, salad draw brilliant, the list goes on,

+ the water filter feature, we dont have the capabilty of having the fridge near a sink so couldnt connect some of the other fridges you have, this one is a water filter that you can manually fill - perfect for us!

+ Fantastic silver colour - really love the shade and the finish. Absolute bargain price (when compared with other similar-specified fridge freezers). The filtered water feature is in the *fridge* part, which is MILES more useful than in the *freezer* part, because there is enough room in the fridge to accommodate it... why would anyone waste so much of their freezer space by purchasing an American f/freezer with an icemaker and water cooler in the freezer part???

- We are not a fan of the 'filtered water' feature, but we found that it was impossible to purchase an American F/Freezer without one!

+ Brita Chilled water dispenser on the fridge side of unit so less freezer room taken up,it also does not need to be plumbed in. Lots of storage for fresh food

+ Good solid feel to doors and to the internal drawers. Visible temperature figures on the exterior are useful. Power freeze drops temperature really quickly to freeze items.

- Only one sepcific bottle rack/holder for items such as wine etc. A wider/full width one would be better.

- The cheese drawer just sits in the fridge and looks a bit of a spare part. It would be better if this could slot into place, e.g. hanging from the shelf above, instead of just sitting there taking up space.

- the water dispenser leaks and samsung dont seem to be in any hurry to replace it for me, considering that was one of the main reasons for purchasing that model.

+ Well built with some nice touches such as being on castors, digital temperature display on exterior and warning beeps if a door isn't closed.

- Door shelf space limited (due to water cooler) and it would be nice if main shelf was slightly wider.

+ Excellent fridge/freezer. Good quality and great design. Really good value for money. Doesn't take up as much space as we thought it would, yet has great storage capacity. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an 'american' style fridge/freezer.

+ Large fridge with good storage areas and two pull out drawers to separate fresh meat/salad stuff etc. Well lit inside. Easy to use controls allow you to alter the temperature of fridge and freezer. Nice to have cold, filtered water without having to plumb in.

- Freezer may be a little small for some people. Water tank is a little fiddly to fill, even if you take it out of the fridge. Design wise, and stating the obvious, it's a bit of a big, grey lump in the kitchen!

+ It looks great, doesn't show fingerprints and doesn't take up too much room. Shedloads of space inside, even on the freezer section which I'd heard was a bit on the small side - we replaced 2 undercounter freezers with this and still didn't fill it with the stuff from both. Filtered water dispenser is convenient and has a decent capacity. The doors did have to be removed for delivery but I don't know why people put that as a bad point as it was done quickly and the whole thing was in place within ten minutes.

- The top freezer drawer doesn't open very far and can come off its runners if pulled too roughly. The bottom one is fine. Other than that, no problems so far!
