+ Very pleased with my netbook purchased at last minute for my trip to Ecuador (where I am now) enjoying using it in one of the wifi rooms in the jungle town of Coca. The battery life is very good and so light to carry round you can forget its there! I would certainly recommend this model in the future and already have during my trip!

- None I have come across as yet (only slight problem at first getting used to the right side shift as further out than my usual keyboards but used to it now so not a real bad point)

+ small but just large enougth to view web pages. Battery lasts up to 7.5 hours!!

+ The machine is quick and very versatile. I have just taken it to the USA and found it excellent for internet access at airports and in Hotels, both wireless and cable networks.
When it came to loading software onto the machine, I just attached a freecom cd drive, and loaded the software in minutes.

- The touchpad mouse takes time to master, and the scroll facility can be annoying

+ Great battery life for a portable computer. This is the first machine I have had where the quoted battery life is actually realistic. Hope the battery keeps this performance - time will tell!
Perfect size - 1024 resolution on 10" screen far better than the 800 on the smaller screened 8.9" machines.
Feels well made.
Keyboard not as small as you would expect for such a small computer - have not had any trouble mis-typing sue to smaller key spacing.
No problems/faults....everything working exactly as it should be.

- Track/mouse pad quite small but OK to use. I use a plug in mouse most of the time so no big deal.

- screen is a bit too small, and the mouse pad is really unworkable.

+ Proper keyboard with clear white numbers/letters - easy to see and use.

- Well it is a netbook so no DVD/CD or large screen but that's what you get!

+ It has done what i wanted it for, to be able to use the built in cam, video, bought one for daughter going abroad so we can be in contact and see each other. It is also very versatile, easy to store and use.

+ Light, very responsive and fast especially after using Vista! I cannot recommend this enough. The NC10 has taken everything I've thrown at it including Office 2007 and Vista 2007. Syncing with my HP IPAQ via Bluetooth has never been easier. So far the battery life has been well in excess of 5 hours. Upgrade of RAM simple. Brilliant.

- There are none provided you use the NC10 as a Netbook and not as a word processor as some deluded people think they can. You also need to get used to not seeing a full web page. Apart from that? Nothing.

- Mouse pad can stick sometimes and takes a great deal of getting used to with the page up/down being on the side of it

- The only thing I would say and this is not really a bad point - the "mouse" side is slightly too small and sometimes does not work consistently.

- Poor sound compared to the ASUS equivalent... but not a serious issue.

- Horrible mouse pad, the solution is to use a good bluetooth enabled mouse such as the Targus AMB02 it works a dream with the NC10.

great as a second portable PC but can replace a desktop or cumbersome laptop for light users.

- mouse clicker isn't always easy to use, although 6 cell battery is one of the best most netbooks struggle with hard use over 5 hrs or so. Don;t expect it to run complex graphics either video or photo editing struggles with HD images etc...

+ Performed better than I ever expected, I currently do my work tasks on it , even graphics and web development. It even plays games. The battery life is great. The seen is bright and sharp. And it was easy to upgrade the memory.

- touch pad is rubbish but I use a mini mouse anyway - sometimes freezes on start up if
I've left multiple windows open but shut down and restart only take seconds so not really that disastrous

+ Purchased the notebook for battery life which I was not dissapointed. Since this was the first mobile laptop do no have a comparision but would be happy to purchase another. Process speed good and excellent hard size for a mobile laptop. Used on flight to India and laptop last the whole journey, including watching films.

- Screen 1024 x 760. Graphics programmes (Photoshop etc) use 1024 x 768. Lose some details on some windows.

+ great design and beats the others that were out at this time, keybord is good size and easy to type on. skype and surfing is a breeze too. I'm also surprized how well it runned eveything i have installed on it.

- as it's 10" it's a bit of a pain fing the right bag but i have found one now so i can't fault it. it not as good a a full laptop, but you can takeit eveywere.

+ Initially i thought this would be ok as a second computer just for the net. It turns out i've barely used my "Real" Notebook since getting this for my wife, as this is so much easier, and the battery life is unbelieveable. It really actually does 7.5 hours on a charge!

- If i'm being picky i'd say the mousepad is a bit too small.

+ Nice quality keyboard with good layout makes typing easy and comfortable. Great build quality all round. Good battery life, gives 4-5 hours solid use.

- It tips over backwards easily when the screen is fully open. The shiny finish on top shows fingerprints/scratches (white version is better for this). I struggle with the pad and use a USB wireless mini mouse instead.

+ Lightweight, compact, decent performance for such a small unit as long as you don't overburden it with heavy tasks.

- The screen is too small for viewing large photos and certain websites, and the buttons are quite small as well, as you'd expect.

+ Small enough for a ladies hand bag, smart looking and stylish. Easy to use.

- Battery life is a little disjointed and its better with the 2gb a it can be a tad slow when watching videos.

+ Good size, weight and the screen gives excellent colour. For someone used to using computers but not a computer wizard, this is a very good purchase!
