1.Having to keep on choosing High or med power etc.
2. No minute button, have to keep pressing second button.
3 Too many uses e Power steam cooking, sensor Cooking etc These are not necessary.
Unnessessary features to boost price.

Bought this after a Sharp microwave broke down after 2 months. So far very happy with this Samsung microwave, size wise its quite compact and almost the same size as the previous Sharp one which only held 20 Ltr capacity.
As this is a 23 Ltr, really roomy inside the microwave, and fits in dinner plates nicely.
this came with a Steam bowl (bowl + cover + 'mesh net' layer) which is so useful! I can steam a whole of veg. in less than 5 minutes. a lot easier than using my separate steamer and definitely less washing up!
Lighting is quite good when the microwave is on.
Silver colour fits in with the kitchen really well, we saw the black version with silver handle in the store but preferred this silver version and it looks really sleek and visually looks smaller too!
Was slightly concerned about the door being hard to open as have always preferred press botton ones. However on Samsung the door can be open by one hand and it's really easy. - Bad points:
- functions can be slightly confusing, I still need to refer to the instruction book. But i'm sure once get used to it it will be a piece of cake. Nonetheless instruction book is pretty easy to read.

Cooks very well. Easy clean is just that.
Large buttons nicely spaced
Some of the advance features not too confusing
Easy to just get X mins and Full power without pressing 20 buttons - Bad points:

Feet could be more rubbery as when opening it, it can slide sometimes towards you. The door mechanism is pretty strong so it might just need loosening up.
Otherwise I really cant fault it.
