Score 10.0/10+ As a pensioner, I find the phone easy to see and operate. The features are easy to understand and use. Given the specification and the price, this is excellent value for money. I was so impressed that I bought one for my wife.

- This is supposed to be a tough, rugged phone. I badly cracked the screen on mine within 3 days just working with it in my pocket. Ring tones are too quiet.

- Ring tone and message tone too quiet. Predictive text has to beselected every message. Need to press too many buttons to find and contact or read a text.
