Bad points:: Annoying tune is played every time the tv is turned on/off onto standby, other than that though no issues.

Good points:: overall a great t.v. good value for money, easy to set up and looks great. thought the picture was very clear and the sound far better than my last samsung. I noticed there were no controls on the side of the set so thought if remote broke i may have a problem then after a couple of days noticed on the bottom right hand side of t.v you have a touch screen options for volume, channel and on/off. very happy with my purchase.
Bad points:: dont like the square base and that it can't turn to other positions.

Good points:: Quality product, cheap, worth every penny. Image quality is the best. Sound is ok. USB is a bonus. It directly can access an external hard drive. Features are good. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who's buying an LCD. I have already recommended to a couple.
Bad points:: Can't really think of any. May be this is virgin related, but when the tv is in the movie mode, the virgin remote does not work. It is a bit of a headache to make it work again. Apart from this I have had no problems at all.
