+ Fantastic tv, dont do yourself an injustice and watch standard def with this great set, get an HD source and watch it on this tv, its breathtaking!

- Standard TV looks a little bit 'digital' but is otherwise fine!

+ The look compared with other similar sized TV's is really good. It's really easy to set up with plenty of all the right / up-to-date connections at the back.

- Minor point but it would be useful to have the 'Now and Next' screen at the bottom of the picture when you change channels on the Freeview tuner. i had this on my Freeview box and it saves having to go into 'Guide' or 'Info' each time.

Most small flatscreen TVs have LCD screens. Some larger TVs have plasma screens. Some very new TVs have LED screens. Traditional TVs are called Standard or CRT.

‘HD Ready’ is a Europe-wide standard designed to made HD technology less confusing.
