+ Excellent image quality for the money! You can get TVs with better image quality but they are twice the price.

- Image fades to a varying degree as to what angle you are watching the TV. Most LCD TVs suffer from this problem. Sound is distorted at certain frequencies.

+ A lot of people have commented on the TV's quiet volume level, but I've had no problems with it. It's certainly fine in my bedroom. It looks stylish, and was ready to go out of the box in minutes. Simple to connect to my cable TV box, and plenty of inputs for other devices.

+ Almost everything - its looks, its picture quality, and above all its price - this thing is a steal.

- If I had to nit-pick, I'd say the sound quality could be better - but then its a flat-screen TV, ALL of which have poor sound, and if you want really good audio you need an external system anyway. I'm a sound engineer, so I'm fussy.

- Internal speakers are terrible, very tinny, no deep bass. When my pc is connected to the tv, the speakers are even worse. I am having to consider buying a half decent set of external speakers.

- The sound is pretty poor, quite tinny and lacking any bass. The picture is okay though not brilliant. Overall the TV is a bit flimsy. My old TV, which wasn't LCD had a much better picture and sound quality. Apart from taking up less space I can't really see the attraction of flat screen LCD TV's. Watch out for it on ebay!

+ i had not bought anything other than pioneer so buying a samsung i was impressed by it's style and quality. would recommend to anybody this product was bought for a bedroom and i love it!!!

- make sure you use a external ariel it was a waste of time with all internal ariels i bought.

+ A great looking tv and really good value for money - unfortunately, convenient sizes come at a price but the reviews were right about this! It was fabulously easy to set up too!

+ Nice design and relatively straightforward menu system makes this easy to install, set-up and operate.

- The black-level (Picture Quality) is not as dark as you might wish for - especally when watching at night or in a dark room. Adjusting the settings can help with this, but I can't see that its ever going to get to the contrast level that a larger Plasma screen, for example. would offer.

+ You can find fault in everything, depending on how hard you look! Having said that, in my opinion, this set is excellent value for money, most particularly as a principal viewing set!
A topic not often mentioned, is how the viewed image varies as one is seated progressively from the side. There is very little difference, certainly not to any extent that reduces your enjoyment of the programme.

- Built-in speakers facing to the rear of the set. A design compromise that could surely have been built into the front bezel with less sound compromise than the rear layout.

+ Great stylish looking TV with some really good features. Plug and play is so easy to set up. I'm used to the 32" Samsung but it was too big for my room, hence the 26" but I can see little difference in picture quality.

- Like most LCD digitals it's a bit slow starting and changing channels, but it's worth the wait! The glossy frame does attract dust but it's soon removed with the cloth provided.

+ Techie reviews will say product has poor sound quality but these people have tested the product to a high specification. If you are using the product for normal use it is absolutley fine. If you want cinema sound quality you would invest in surround speakers no matter how good or poor the internal speakers are.
Picture quality is great. Bright colours look fantastic and blacks looks good too.
Then menu system is very easy to use and TV tuning is very straight forward.
I am very pleased with the product and it suits my home TV viewing.

- I have had picture blocking now and again but I cant decide if this is down to the signal or product.
I would like to have the facility to switch the TV off as opposed to leaving it in Stand-by Mode. People say in Stand-by mode it uses very little electric but I would still feel happier turning it completely off when not in use.

+ The product looks great and has a number of ports available to hook up other things such as game systems, DVD players etc as well as my laptop which is a bonus for me in particular. The picture is really clear and bright and the size is perfect for my small front room. The TV is quite light and easy to set up. The remote is slick and easy to use as well.

- The sound can sometimes sound a bit tinny even in my small room. This isn't much of a issue for me though as the sound is good enough for my needs. I believe speakers can be added to get around the sound quality as well.
