Sound when talking is terrible. Reception poor and battery life very bad. I have a Motorola RAZR on Vodafone that outshines this by miles. Using that the sound is crystal clear and the battery lasts for days.
I've now stopped using this phone and gone back to my Motorola.
Good job it was cheap.

- Chargeing the phone is difficult. the phone has to be left turned off for a few hours before it will charge properly. i still have to use my old phone until the new one is ready to be used. this is a royal pain. it occasionally freezes when trying to send a text or recieving calls.
