+ Neat and compact. Easy to navigate round even for a technophobe like me. Liked the colour.

- None really except for a 60 year old technophobe like me there's so many attachments that mean nothing to me eg I wouldn't want to "browse the web" on a mobile phone

+ SD card slot, however had to purchase a SD card plus reader

- Selective text, had to figure this one out and somehow it switched to German language and until I went on the web to find out what was wrong I was unable to send text easily. Also had problems attaching a picture to text

+ Neat design, feels comfortable, quite robust. Picture resolution and sound OK. Overall, good value for money.

- Can't assign individual ringtones to callers. No proper handbook and software not very good. Charger and cables have unique Samsung fitting so you have to make sure you don't misplace them.

+ the battery lasts for ages and its really easy to expand its memory, the speaker is to a good level and the radio is really clear

- the central key on the keypad leads directly to the internet, whereas i think it should led to the menu for ease of use with a side button leading to the internet instead

+ This phone was purchased for my son, he really likes it and likes the ease of use. He liked the colour. He is proud of it. It is small but sturdy.

+ The phone has plenty of features and was on a special offer which made it more attractive. It was for our son and the slide design stops accidental dialling too. Great value.

+ Looks nice, good phone and texting (all I use it for to be fair), has been reliable and would recommend it. Am middle aged so have no idea where it stands on all the apps that younger people seem to require. Battery life fine, lives in my handbag quite happily.

- Couldn't get the cover off the back to put the battery in, really difficult, brute force, ignorance and wearing a pair of rubber gloves to get the purchase on the plastic were needed.

- Only allows you to send 70 letters in one text message. Other phones I have had allow double this. Often it costs me more to send two messages as I can't fit all I want to say into just 70 letters.

+ It's cheap, cheerful, packed with features, comfortable to use without being overly complicated. I baught this phone for my dad who is not into phones and gadgets and he loves it. If you're looking for an iphone, this is not it. If you want a simple, good looking, easy to use phone. Then this is it.

- Text capability not as good as my previous Samsung ie if you pick a wrong word for example you put cup and you mean bus it wil not let you change it you have to delete the word and start again - a bit annoying! Useability of texting someone - too many options before you actually send it. Picking the phone number when you text - surely it should be 'smart' enough to just pick the mobile number rather than the landline number!

+ It is a good smart classy looking phone, easy to follow although I haven't gone onto radio, web etc as yet as I need a phone for day to day calls and texts.

- If you have nails - real nails, you can't text. Also " ' " doesn't exist when you text. So you have to write Ffis instead of Ffi's! Memory space is appaling

+ The product is basically O.K.

- The product is supplied without headphones or data cable normally supplied with the new product. As this phone has a radio and music playing capacity it is unrealistic to supply it without headphones. In your description of nearly new products you fail to mention the phone is not supplied with headphones.
I therefore returned the phone and purchased a brand new one.

+ A very nice little phone with all the features you could want at a gret price. I already haev a silver one for myself and was more than happy to recommend it whenmy daughter needed to replace hers after getting mlted chocolate in it (don't ask...)

- Bettery life isn't brilliant and to use the music features (mp3, radio etc) you need a special set of earphones which didn't come with this phone (although they did with my silver one purchased from Carphone Warehoue?)
