+ having had samsung phones previously knew what to expect. Great little phone for texting and making calls.

- A bit long winded to send a text but soon got hang of it.

+ After my last samsung phone (D600) I found the menu system very easy to get used to and I am very happy with the battery life on this model. it lasts much longer even with a lot of talk time.

- Well to be honest I have not found any worth a mention, it is not a iPhone and as such does not have the applications that can use so I suppose that could be a bad point, however the iPhone does cost Eight to Ten times more so it is a bad point I can happly live with.

+ This is a good phone that does all that you need for phone calls and also has access to Orange World .. based on the price it looks good/feels good/camera is ok/menu's are easy to navigate (mostly) .. plenty of memory .. easy to use music facility .. nice tones when you find them and the sliding mechanism is smooth and responsive

- Texting can be a bit tricky when inserting characters and interchanging between caps/numbers/lowercase is crock .. but thats because I am used to a different opp. system ..

+ I find it very good over all. I read on reviews that some were not pleased with the camera, I find it great. I took pictures on my phone when my camera batteries failed at my duaghters wedding and the quality of the phone pics were far superior to the camera ones. Smaal and compact, looks good and great for texting. Very clear.

+ I really like this phone. It has a nice shape that fits the hand well. It's loud enough for me to hear even when in my handbag, which is a definite plus for me! It meets my needs very well.

- The only thing I can think of is that it's a bit tight when trying to answer a call (opening it) with one hand.

- The User Manual which is hard to understand and does not cover all the functions of the phone - It took me ages to work out how to switch the vibration feature on and off and I found that when on the ring tone music was off.

- I admit this phone has a lot more features than I am used to (I prefer a phone to be a phone) but still I have found the phone pointless for sending images/e-mails as it fails every time. The time it takes to connect to the web browser normally takes so long this is the main area for using all of my credit very quickly and I thought the e-mail and picture messaging would be useful but it is frustrating because it never works and I actually wish I had stuck with a more basic phone which I could use my old number in as I was hassled less by constant texts and e-mail messages (which I did not agree to!)

- While writing any text its hard to add any symbols like a full stop ect ,on my last phone i was given a full page to scroll through, plus its far to easy to hit the wap button which is becoming a pain & i'm getting wrong numbers all the time even voicemails & other peoples text messages. The user manual could be loads better,i know you get what you pay for but the leaflet is a joke.

- alarm needs reseting after every use unlike the e250.

+ The phone is small, easy to use, and suitable as a first phone for a child, or for those who just want to get to know mobile phones. It does everything you would expect it to do for the price. Because its tri-band it works in other countries and the phone is currently in jamaica, and the connection from the phone from jamaica to UK is brilliant. Its a good little tough phone.

- I have as yet to find any real bad points about the phone.
Obviously for the price you pay for the phone, you can't expect it to be a smart phone.

+ The radio has very high quality sound, either when useing on speaker or ear phones. It is easy to use and not to complicated. fairly good value for money

+ The phone is good value for money, it's easy to use and so far the battery life has been great. The colour is nice too.

- To be honest in the time I have had the phone I have had no problems and have found no bad points. It does exactly waht I need it to.

- Instruction manual not very good, i found it confusing ! I had to get a friend to do ring tones, and change settings. My old phone had half pre emptive text, this one doesen`t have that (if it has i haven`t found it ! )

- My eyes are not as good as they used to be and would be good if you could make the letters bigger and bolder all the time rather than having to change it every time you do a text, and buttons would be better if they was say rubber and i little risen but its still a great phone :)

+ Perfect little phone for beginner or over 60. Don't laugh, I bought the phone for my Mum's 70th birthday and it's magic. Looks great, easy to use and has all the needed features (radio, camera, blutooth) it's key pad is the best though! It has slightly larger letters, we are delighted with it and the price was excellent.

- When purchased over the internet it was supposed to unlocked but this was not the chase. Having been in contact with your customer services they say they can unlock my phone if I give details of my account and as I keep telling them I don't live in the UK I live in Guernsey and you don't have a server in Guernsey. I just wanted the phone unlocked. To date I still have a locked phone that I paid £40 for and unable to use. I was told that a Company in Jersey could unlock my phone so it was sent a fortnight ago but having contacted them Monday 26 October they can't do this and have sent to their Company in England. I don't know if they will be successfull but what I do know is if they are it is going to cost me another £30 plus with still no guarnattee that the phone will work. My situation therefore explains the poor ratings I have given I would have put 0 but there wasn' the option. I would be very interested to see if you read this and if you give feedback. I did ask for my money back but I don't seem to have heard anything further.

As I only want to make and receive calls, and send and receive texts I do not use the additional features (although camera did come in handy once) I find the phone very easy to use. Love the colour and finish (not easily scratched despite being dropped a couple of times)!!

- Software very cumbersome - hard to find some functions and takes ages to get to some of them. Texting - really annoying that if you move back to a word to edit it you have to delete the complete word if you want predictive texting to kick in for that word. Slide mechanism not very smooth. No games - not even really basic ones. Just trial versions (1 minute's play)
