- When dialing someone it doensn't always recognise that you have pressed a certain key and they you have to redial again. THis happens nearly every time you dial

- cheap design, plastic is cheap, software work slowly when try to dial.

- I find some keys on the keypad much less responsive than others, making texting a bit of a nightmare. Not being able to alter the function of the centre soft key meant that I was forever starting up WAP while the phone was in my pocket. On occasion disconnects randomly when bluetoothed

- Not enough memory , you have to get a SD card to store most of the music or photos. Battery doesn't seem to last as long as my old samsung!

- the software is awful and it was really difficult to upload music onto the micro SD card. in fact the software is rubbish.

+ Its easy to use and it looks good. The camera is excellent and the price was amazing.

- I cant really say there are any bad points. You sometimes press other keys by accident, but the phone was bought for my son and his fingers are smaller so he doesnt have this problem. So its a good phone for young people.

- When not in a good 3G area, the phone loses signal, and won't allow calls to be made, even though it's got 2G reception.

- complicated to do anything - from writing a text to sending it you need to press 4 or 5 buttons. The whole naviagtion is complicated. Phone is missing simple icons like smiley faces etc. and some punctuation

+ Quite small, so it fits in the pocket well. It looks good as well as having all the necessary applications and functions. Easy to use and buttons on the keypad are a good size. The battery life is excellent, lasting around a week.

+ Easy to use.... doesn't weigh much.... for a low budget phone, it covers all the basic functions, e.g. has a camera, you can play music.... etc..... battery life is very good..... my mother hasn't charged her phone for 3 days and she is still using it......

- There isn't much bad to say about the phone.... the only thing that comes to mind is the limited memory... if i'm lucky i might be able to save 2 songs on the phone..... therefore buying a memory card is a must....
