+ I like the size and dimensions of the phone. I also think its very easy to navigate around the menu screens.

- Even though the camera is a 5MP it doesnt seem to have the as good a quality as other 5MP camera phones. Also the battery life is a bit unpredictable, at the moment my battery remains full for 5-7 days but once one bar goes down, it takes about 12 hours to go down to the last bar, and once its on the last bar it turns itself off after about an hour.

- The letters do not show on the number keypad, which makes it difficult with passwords etc.

+ The one thing I was worried about with this phone was texting using the touch screen as I have never used one before. I was pleasantly surprised to find how easy it was and think I probably text faster with this than my old phone. I've had this phone about 2 months now and haven't had any problems with dropped calls or the screen freezing and find the battery life pretty good.

- Texting! Hard to type, takes a while to get used to. Lucky I have small fingers as its easy to change language, T9 and type in the wrong letter by mistake.

+ Very easy to use. Lots of shortcuts and easy links. Internet is fast and useable. Nice size, not loseable. Has been dropped in a puddle and no damage done therefor quite sturdy too. Screen is easy to scratch so a wallet or a sock is recommended.

- The catches that cover the battery and memory card slot become loose after a while if use.

Make sure you take out insurance though because if screen breaks the phone is useless as it is touchscreen and you use it for all features.

- The lack of a keyboard is frustrating at best, phone calls which require the use of touch tone options are virtually impossible, the touch screen does not detect a stylus but use of fingers results in incorrect keying constantly, the phone is difficult to navigate and instructions give very limited information.

+ Easy to use one handed. Very light to the touch and you don't need to put a lot of pressure on a 'keypad'. Camera was much better than I expected. Small, slim and easy to carry. Love the cover that attaches to the battery compartment.

- Cos it's so light to the touch as a touchscreen you can often press the wrong letter. Not a big enough problem to put me off the phone.

- NOT ALWAYS EASY TO TYPE IN TEXTS ETC COS CAN GET OTHER LETTERS ESPECIALLY WITH LONG NAILS. SO CAN TAKE A WHILE TO GET KNACK OF USING IT. CAN BE FRUSTRATING IF UR IN A HURRY AND TEXT QUICKLY ANYWAY.

- There aren't any bad point, all i would say is that the battery doesn't last as long as many other phones but then its a touch screen so its expected!

- The sound quality is very bad, i can never hear people on the phone, very muffled, loses reception a lot. The battery life isnt great either. Since its touch screen lots of dots have appeared on the screen that wont go away and you cant see pictures properly on the screen. The locking button for the keys presses in your pocket and the phone unlocks its self very easily. Picture quality isnt the best either.

+ Love the look and feel of this phone! Good music quality and the camera is great. Despite disappointments with some aspects, I really do like it. It's just so pretty and the touchscreen is cool.

- The music software doesn't link to iTunes and now wish I'd spent that bit extra for the iPhone. Touchscreen doesn't manage games well. Can't plug my own earphones in unless using the adaptor which makes for extra, messy cable length. Supplied ear phones are good though. Limited options for personalising screen and colours.

+ I find that the touch screen is good and i cope well with it haven't yet had to throw it across the room. The camera is really good in the light, not really took any photos yet in the dark.

- The battery life is not good. When you lock your phone it would be nice if you could change those screen savers.

- I find this phone really hard to use, especially when texting. Its hard to use the scrolling as it goes too fast and its too easy to hit the wrong keys. Takes 3 times longer to text than on a standard phone.

+ It's easy to use and the touch screen is clear and user friendly. The widget is good - you have the radio, calendar, time etc to hand and you can customise the desktop.

- I'm always changing the language when writing text messages by accident! The battery tends to die quite quickly and the socket for the charger / earphones is a bit delicate.

- Pretty much everything else. It's not very user friendly. The keypad is a nightmare. Text is neigh on impossible. It just goes straight to voice mail for 90% of my incoming calls. The camera is very difficult to use. Are you getting the impression I don't like it very much, it's true, I don't!!! :-(

+ the fone is good, it is easy to use and looks great. u can change preety much everything on the settings and the touch screen isnt so over welhming as it is with some of the other fones.

- battery life is shocking doesnt last to long if ur playing music or txing, if ur tlking on the fone then it doesnt do to badly, and if u recieve a tx whilst txin sum1 eles the screen locks for like 5-10 secs. it can become dead annoying sometimes.

- The camera at the from can only be used in a video call, this is annoying as i expected it to be able to be used as second camera. That would be good for taking pictures of yourself with a friend as you could see what you were taking a picture of while taking it, therefore making it the best possible picture as an outcome.

- Touch screen does not work very well. Poor menu system design means you have to press more buttons than you would like to send a text for example!

+ The camera is great, battery life is awesome and if you like a stylish phone then this one is a good choice. sound quality is good, and the phone is loud with vibrate (always a plus lol)

- the keypad can be a little frustrating as the touch recognition can be eitha too sensitive or not enough at times (even when pressing soft or hard). Other things which let the phone down are basic things like you cannot delete the rubbish pictures and songs included on the phone to make more space and you cannot change your screensaver, only your wallpaper background, leaving the phone's 'stock' pictures to switch and change with no way to stop/ change it.

+ It has got an excellent camera and after playing with it for a few hours, you get used to the touch screen and controls. It looks fantastic and you certainly are proud to take it out of your pocket. Memory (without an SD card) is great, and volume is second to none.

- the only bad point about the phone is the battery does'nt last long on it it would be a fantastic phone if the battery lasted longer on it

- Although good to look at I found it impractacle and frustrating if I needed to send a quick msg or phone call due to touch screen sliding past numbers or applications. Also I found the touch screen would 'freeze' and I would have to restart the process. Give me keypads anyday. I sent the phone back.
