+ It is easy to type with and quick for sending texts. The hansset is very responsive. Easy to navigate and excellant camera.

+ i love the samsung tocco, it's easy to use, it looks great and it has all the features expected of phones these days.

- the only draw-back is that the memory card did not come with the phone and i had to buy one myself; but it was cheap enough.

- the camera is bad considering it is 5mp it is rubbish and hard to use outside in the cold with the touch screen

+ Its very slim and good looking. Once you get used to the touch screen it is extremely quick and easy to use.

- The sound quality on voice calls can get very distorted when volume is up full blast. Is often difficult to hear calls in loud areas. However when it is not loud, there is no problem hearing calls.

+ i love the whole thing apart from the battery (see below) it took a while to get used to the touch screen but once i was used to it it was a breeze I hope my phone lasts for ever

- the battery life, I dont use my phone very much as im at work during the day and phones are not allowed. however i have to charge my phone EVERY night. Also the interent is a bit off as I can never find things that Im looking for, but i guess thasts why I have a laptop

+ Much easier thn i thought it would be to use. You learn how to text and dial on it quickly. Its small and looks good. Easy to understand all of the features of it. Camera is good quality. Cover to protect it

- When using the phone to make/receive calls I find I generally tend to cut off the call as the end call button is positioned in an area where your cheek touches whilst on the phone. This is incredibly annoying and if I knew that 3 months ago I wouldnt have purchased the phone.

+ It looks good, it's relatively quick and once you have the hang of it relatively easy to use

- the message t9 system decides what it will keep in its memory and what it won't which is irritating when you have spent the time putting it in because it wasn't there in the first place. Also the pictures for backgrounds, if you have taken a picture and want to use it for a background you have to make sure it is the right way up or it will display it sideways. If it does its a real faff to change it.

+ Easier to use then i thought it would be being a touch screen, looks good.
Camera is really high quality and haves everything i want out of a phone.

- If i have been playing music on it the battery goes down really quickly and already the battery has died on me several times

+ It a compact phone, and looks very good! The camera takes very good quality photos and the phone has a very good battery life.

- It it quite tricky to use when you first get it and took me a good week to master! Once mastered though its not so bad!

- Easy to press wrong buttons. Keep coming out of a text whilst in the middle of writing it

- Screen and metal back to the phone are easilly scratched. Would recommend buying a cover or using the one provided.
