+ Its a good phone, ease of use,once you get used to it. small, compact, but nice weight so you actually feel like you have a phone in your pocket.

- problem is the touch screen is very sensitive, so you can quite easy make mistakes when sending a text, or dialling a call.

+ The touch screen is excellent and texting is so easy now compared to other phones i've had.

- The battery life is not to bad but could be better.

- the touch screen is so sensitive it's easy to catch the wrong 'button' sometimes it's too quick and sometimes it doesnt respond to touch.

+ This phone is good looking, thin and easy to use.

- The virtual keyboard is sometimes annoying as it is easy to catch the wrong letter.

+ The touch screen is excellent - very James Bond! I like the way you can move item's easily from the widget sidebar onto the main display to access features. e.g - dragging the sound menu onto the main display enables u to change the sound settings in just a few settings.

- It takes a little while to get used to writing texts on the touch screen. If you have big fingers you may have difficulty hitting the right key everytime but it does get much easier with practice.

Opera mini works with horrible navigation bar which runs on all Java based programs on the device. Youtube viewing very bad quality as with web page images also does not play divx.

+ The phone looks really good. Some of the features are thought out well eg bluetooth this is really fast no matter what standard of device you are connected to. The music player is really good quality and loud. The camara is of really good quality for a phone and the different gadgets are great to play with.

- The phone looks really good and stylish apart from the additional battery back (optional) with the flip. this could have been designed better as it makes the phone look like a oversized flip phone. With my previous phone i was a really fast typer however it is harder to type fast with the touch screen it is very easy to nudge other keys however, it all comes with practice. Also the video recorder isnt so good my old phone that was 3.2 mega pixels was alot better and this one is 5 mega pixels.

+ The tocco is overall a good phone with lots of features, easy to use ,compact and stylish .

- The battery life is poor ,the sound quality is not as good as other phones and the internal memory is small.

+ Once you get the hang of the touchscreen, it's really easy to use. The sound quality and camera are really good and there are plenty of applications to play with.

- I wish it had come with a memory stick - I keep a lot of photos and music on the phone although there doesn't seem to be a high enough capacity for a few music album as well as a few photos.

+ The best phone i have had so far, large screen and once you are used to the touch screen it is quick and easy to use. The 5.0 camera and software is a great improvement on my last samsung. recommend this phone without a doubt

+ Samsung always been logical to use - found functions on phone quite self explanitory & slick - even for technophobic 30 something like me.

- Takes a while to get the hang of this phone, and some of the features are a little dated. Eg - emoticons - I know this isn't essential but I was really suprised that there are no little animations to add to texts - the only thing you have to offer on a state of the art phone is - :) ....Hardly impressive!

- Camera is only average considerin it's supposed to be 5 megapixel and nearly all the videos I receive from phones with a lower megapixel camera don't work because the resolution is unsupported.
