+ Looks good, lovely colour, ease of use, small and neat

- Would like ring tones to be a bit louder if phone is in handbag I do miss calls as can't hear ring though I have set it to loudest possible.

- It has a mp3 player but no easy way to download songs - cannot connect to computer.

+ really easy to use and set up, great first phone, very easy navigation. Feminine colour but looks classy. Fun features for photos and video effects (these comments are from my 11 year old daughter, it's her first phone and was a Christmas present - her only criteria for a phone was that she wanted a clam phone with a camera)

- Sound quality from phone speakers is very tinny but out of headphones is ok. Charger and memory card flaps feel quite flimsy and unsure whether they are going to break when charging. Small memory but can upgrade.

- Tiny writing. I need my reading glasses to use it.

- The only problem with the mobile was the size. i purchased it for my wife as a birthday present and she found it to small.We swapped it for a Samsung d900i which she is over the moon with

+ easy for younger people to use, great first phone

+ Quick and easy to use for texting and phoning, light wieght and compact. Instuction manual was easy to follow. Good sound quality on the MP3 player, and nice and clear when talking to someone on it.

- Battery life is shorter than my old phone. Could do with an address book feature

- Not enough ringtones/pictures supplied. So far unable to use Bluetooth. Disappointing. Don't like supplied alarm/message/ring tones.
