+ The phone looks great is a good size and is easy to use the graphics are very colorfull

- The ring tones that come on the phone are very poor

+ For a cheap telephone my family think the phone is brilliant. It has all the gadgets of an expensive phone. It is a good make and let's face it if it were to be lost then you haven't lost loads of money! The phone is especially good for young children who like to think they know what they are doing.

+ i bought two of these phones for my children and they both love their phones...they play a lot of music,bluetooth and play games....i had to purchase a good memory card for this though....for the price of the phone you get very good value

- the only down side is the memory...it doesn;t come with a memory catd and you are best off to get a decent one for this phone...

+ It works, which is more than the one it replaced did. It's easy to use but I did have to read the instruction manual.

- The mp3 player isn't very user friendly. The instruction booklet that comes with the phone does not mention that it can only take a memory card upto 2GB. I bought an 8GB card & had to ring Samsung to find out why it didn't work.

+ i hardly use a mobile but always carry it with me. it's tiny so it fits in handbags or pockets. i only wanted a basic phone with text and phoning facilities and it suits me fine.

- slippery casing and i've dropped the phone several times.

+ Very simple and easy to use, perfect to use if you need to ring, text or take the odd picture or video.

- I still don't know how to do a reminder (or whatever it's called) I would just like an alarm to go off at a certain time and a short message to say why I needed the alarm.

+ I LOVE my phone. It looks good, it's easy to use and the battery lasts forever.

- The memory is rubbish without a memory card. It 'locks' automatically when you close the slider which can be a bit frustrating constantly having to keep unlocking it.

+ The product is very straight forward to use, clear instructions, quick to charge and easy to navigate around. Within minutes of unwrapping the phone my 8 year old daughter had put calling credit onto the phone and taken a photo and used it as wall paper. (she has never had a phone before and i thought she might be too young, but it's an ideal first phone, but suitably small, trendy and PINK !!!)

+ I got this as a first phone for my daughter age 11. I just wanted a nice simple one and this one seemed to have good reviews. She loved it when she got it and taught herself to use it with no help. The camera and video capturing are suitable for her needs and it is quite nice to look at etc. The only problem is that she's lost it now! So I will be ordering another one the same. Camera - Great!....Daughter - could be better!

+ Very easy to use for basic phone requirements. Purchased for my 9 year old and she loves it.

+ For the price of this phone it is excellent value for money! It does everything you would want from a phone and it is very easy to use. I would definetly recommend this phone to anyone who wants an up to date phone with everything on it and for a small amount of money.

+ This is a good looking phone....compact size, lovely colour .....very "girly".... easy to find in my handbag - I could never find my old black phone in the deep dark recesses of my bag!.....It is great for travelling - with the FM radio, MP3 player, games etc. - I don't get bored waiting for the train anymore ..... The camera is very useful for shopping....I have a bad memory and cannot remember where I have seen things I like or need that I am unable to purchase at the time - I just take a picture of the item / price and shop - it saves hours at a later date. The message reminder is particularly useful to me and the price was very reasonable for such a lovely phone with so many features!

+ I am very pleased overall about the product it is very easy to use. I had no problem setting up personal setting etc. Music easy to download, radio excellent. the slide cover protects the keypad.

+ Just slide up to answer. Large numbers on screen and every thing is very clear.Really easy to use.

- It only has one ring tone,and the battery does not last quite as long as I expected

- worst phone ive had to be honest, keypad is too small, and not easy to switch between functions, sound quality is pants and volume not loud enough

+ Great keys for texting - not flat like so many other phones, so you can txt one handed and without looking. Love the colour but it's def more metallic red than metallic pink

- You can't chose one of your own sounds to show a text has arrived. Stuck with the generic Samsung ones, tho you can load your own ringtones. Did hope after so many generations Samsung would have sorted this.
The memory on this one is also worse than my previous D600 Samsung but it's not the end of the world and at least it makes you delete some of those old pics!

- No usb lead to connect the phone to a PC. Instruction book not as clear as it should be.

+ This phone is really simple but that is all i wanted- I have a good camera and a computer & don't need to incorporate features from those into my phone- I just want to make calls & send texts. It looks good, is built really well & the battery seems to last well. the camera is good enough for a phone in my opinion- all i use it for is changing the wallpaper. my last samsung, which was stolen, was built like a tank too which is good for me as i'm quite clumsy!
the interface is well designed- very user friendly.

- not many... it's hard for a right-hander to send texts from it while it's charging because of the placement of the charger connection. that's about it.

+ For a small price you get a lot for your money. I brought this for my 10 year old son and he thinks its fantastic.

- I did have to buy an extra memory card for my son to hold all his video clips and ringtones, but this was a small price to pay for such a slick looking phone.

+ I bought this as a stop gap because my dog bit through my phone! I have been really pleased with it - for the price it is much better than I could have expected. It's easy and straightforward to use, has some nice features.

- The reception seems a bit patchy - not as good as other phones I have had.

- Seems to drain full charge in 24hrs. Erratic recharge, some recharges last longer than others
