+ fantastic little camera! very easy to use, with brilliant quality pictures. the DIS and anti-shake features make it an ideal camera for students as well, as the camera excels in low-light places such as clubs and bars, getting rid of those annoying dark photos where you can't see anything the morning after.

+ I love it. It's sleek and slick and takes great photos and isn't much bigger than a mobile phone.

- It's not the most user friendly to scroll through to change the settings. It's not difficult though and once you remember what's where it's fab.

There are 2 main types of camera: The SLR and the Compact. SLR stands for Single Lens Reflex. SLR cameras use a prism to reflect the exact image as seen through the lens and so offers a more accurate viewfinder. SLR cameras have detachable lenses offering greater flexibility if you wish to take a variety of different photographs.
