Good points:: Good quality phone ~ feels solid in your hand. I like the 'conversation' feature when texting so you can follow the thread instead of going in and out of files. I had this feature on my top of the range Blackberry, didn't expect to find it on here. Exceptional value for money.
Bad points:: None ~ I bought a basic phone for talking and texting - it does these things very well.
