+ Very easy to use phone. Does everything it says. I even bought one for my Mum and she loves it.

does need charging quite regular though as the battery runs down quite fast, although that could be because my daughter is always playing with it!!

- Battery life is very poor - needs charging far more than any phone I know and the battery cover just falls off - needs to be made more secure.

+ easy to use and navigate. Flip top design prevents unwanted calls. All the features, camera, video an e mail that i require.

- Answer machine is not adjustable and kicks in after too short a period. Only way to stop it is to remove facility altogether.
