+ I think this mobile phone is excellent in design and the keypad is easy and responsive to use. So small and compact it fits into any small space with ease.

- I think the O.K/Select pad is rather awkward to use as I have some dexterity problems. Also the navigation is to me a little confusing.

+ small compact and very easy to use by older people such as my 82 yr old mother as its very easy to make or receive calls which is all she wants from a phone, not everyone wants an all singing all dancing phone, im very pleased with it.
