- Good points:
- stylish looking; easy to use; like the extra 'push-up' facility to get smaller pieces of bread etc out once they are toasted; have only used the special facility for frozen items once but it worked...and was much preferable to 'guestimating' how much extra time it need to be left in for!

- Stylish. The extra features (toasting from frozen and reheating) are useful.
- Bad points:
- The metal by the slots discoloured the first time I used it and I can't get rid of the stains which spoils the appearance. It's very expensive!
