A hole has appeared in the handle and the handle is not going to last long. Very slow to boil, every time you fill it up you have to tip some back out because you have overfilled it. I was limited in choice as if we have a black lid living in a hard water area it is scaled up.
I bought a smaller kettle because my mum lives with me. I have not taken it back regarding the handle because I do not know how the handle has been damaged..
