Boiling time, not something we even think about. You fill it, you turn it on. By the time you've organised the cups,tea bags,toast or biscuits the kettle has boiled.
Capacity, 2 cups to 6 cups perfect.
Value for money, absolutely.

Special Tip: Get the matching Russell Hobbs Toaster to go with it, it's absolutely brilliant. For the first time in 35 years a toaster that toasts bread unbelievably even on BOTH SIDES.
