- Good points:
- Very evenly toasts the bread.
- Bad points:
- Dad doesn't like that it doesn't pop the toast up very high when it is finished toasting, so he often catches his fingers on the hot metal sides of the toasters, but I like that it doesn't pop up very high because it keeps the toast warm in the few minutes while I'm preparing my toast topping!

The toaster looks OK.
It has long slots which fit all sizes of bread unlike most other toasters. - Bad points:
- The toaster has shocking build quality. It is very flimsy and definitely wouldn't recommend. We bought this to replace another Russell Hobbs toaster which we had had for about 15 years. Apart from looks the toasters bear no resemblance. The old one has twice as much metal in it. We were very disappointed as we thought we could trust Russell Hobbs. We wish we had gone for a supermarket branded toaster - same quality and almost half the price.

- Good points:
- Stylish, toasts quickly, defrost setting works well. It also doesn't dry out thinner slices of bread like my previous toaster did.
- Bad points:
- It might have "cool-touch sides" but it DOESN'T have a cool-touch top! I've burnt my fingers a lot trying to fish slightly-smaller-than-average slices out of it. Be careful.
