This is the best kettle I have had. It does everything I want from a kettle.
The detail and features are excellent. The handle especially is easy to grip and the button for opening the lid operates fautlessly.
Capacity is good and it can be used without being full. It is not too heavy to lift when full.
It has a rapid boiling time so you don't wait too long.
This kettle was on special offer when I purchased it and it is exceptional value for money.
Overall rating must be excellent and I would recommend this product to everyone. - Bad points:
- None - but time will tell if the mechanics are good. Hopefully it will serve me for many years.

- Good points:
- Attractive product, good handle, reasonably good quality for price
- Bad points:
- Lid is too small - doesn't facilitate easy filling. Opening is not big enough to get your hand in so very difficult to clean inside. We've been using it for about 3 weeks now and still get a horrible plastic taste if the water is re-boiled so it has to be emptied and re-filled every time - I bought a steel kettle to avoid precisely this problem. The water level window is rather high - the smallest amount of water visible is about half a litre (about 2 mug-fulls) - not much use if you want to boil just one mug full.

Sandra, Stirling Have bought many kettles
- Good points:
- Fast boil due to 3ooow element.Blue light up confirms kettle is switched on to boil.Probably one of the best I have had so far.
- Bad points:
- Filter gets in way of tap when filling thru lid,Could be my tap it is rather wide.Lid can be a bit stiff to open with push button, seems worse when kettle is hot.
