Score 8.0/10+ the machine is easy to use and makes a great espresso and lots of other cofees the steamer is far better than other machines in this price range, would recomend to any1.
- its a bit loud and the water heater doesnt warm the water or maintain its heat you have to boil the kettle everytime you want use.

Score 8.0/10+ Easy to fill water reservoir. Easy to fill coffee holder. Good chroma, and good taste to coffee. Instructions easy to understand. Water stops running through coffee grounds almost as soon as water is turned off.
- Difficult to get both cups to fill at the same rate. No cup warmer; necessary to warm cup, and also run water through filter to warm every thing up before preparing coffee otherwise coffee is not hot enough. No automatic switch off when cup is full.
