- Not really bad but does not seal the sandwhich Pannini so makes cutting a trifle difficult but can live with that because of the flexibility of the unit.

Attractive design.
- Outside gets very hot and can easily cause burns; cool touch outer skin should be incorporated if possible.

- As the recommendation is that a plastic spatula should be used to remove item when hot, so as to avoid marking the plate, perhaps this could be included with the package.

- The non stick surface came off quite quick but we use the spray oil which gives a nice finish.
