+ It looks very classy and beautiful made of steel and glass.
The colours are very modern and stylish I loved it.

- It has not got a water level indicator. The lid is not very practical. And I was watching watchdog when they said that there were many incident with the handle snapping off while the kettle in use.
Which, actually, made me put it away, as I have two teen age children who use the kettle. I wanted to write to you in any case specially I purchased the kettle as it is matching the long double slot toaster. Therefore I am not able to use both items.

- Very n oisy when boiling!

+ I really like it's appearance. My daughter bought one about three years ago, and she really likes it too - hence that is why I chose to buy one.

- It is rather noisy when bringing to the boil - but I don't think its much noisier than other kettles.

- The noisiest kettle I have ever owned or even encountered.The family have never heard anything like it before.

- I bought the kettle in 2006, I exchanged it for the newer model in November 2007 due to a product recall. The design on the original model caused the handle to fall off, hence the low mark on the design/build quality.

+ Love the look of it!

- Hate the way it attracts the dust!
