+ It a phone that works with Skype. Glad that I never purchased the 5 units I thought about will look at other products.

- Buttons are too close, sound quality is poor, not user frendly when using between Skpe and Landline

+ Nice clear screen and good sound quality. Speaker phone is nice and clear as well.

- Buttons and are not as 'finger freindly' as some phones. Adding a contact to normal landlines is not as easy as it could be when Skype is on.

+ This is a very good phone with the added ability to use a Skype account without using a computer. Highly advanced and intelligent shown by its ability to update itself with the latest firmware.

- Question of range from basestation, I have a couple of signal fall offs from skype. Needs more ring tones, one already there are limited and annoying

+ Great feel and design, easy to use, excellent sound quality, great battery life,

- Rubbery keys, navigation could be better (especially finding missed call logs), inability to store non-skype numbers, no built in answer machine, changes your skype status to advertise you being away from a PC. In other words, the Skype features take priority over the landline features, which is fine if it's only ever going to be a Skype phone.

+ Its a sleek handset design with a good display. Good range within 10 metres.

- The speaker is poor, the hub and the base could be combined as one unit rather than two different units. Range could be improved. The ring tone could have been bit more louder for older persons and people with hearing difficulties.

+ I found the 'history' menu very useful. The fact that it had an independant receiver/ transmitter was very good. (In most other cordless phones you are tethered to a receiver with a phone on it. As the receiver might need to go in a place that you do not need a phone then the phone becomes a useless extra that you have paid for).

- The volume and clarity of the sound from the earpiece was extremely bad or weak which made using the phone a bad experience; furthermore the connection often breaks up.

+ AS ABOVE, MOSTLY GOOD.

- KEY PAD IS NOT VERY RESPONSIVE, REQUIRES A LOT OF PRESSURE, SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY. HAVING TO SCROLL THROUGH TO INDIVIDUAL CONTACTS IS VERY TIRESOME, THIS I THINK IS A MAJOR DOWNSIDE, BUT OVERALL A GOOD PRODUCT, FAR SUPERIOR TO MY PREVIOUS DUAL PHONE, I HOPE IT LASTS A BIT LONGER, MANY THANKS

+ Very easy to set up. Good sound and nice to hold. Much better than my previous Skype phone.

- A bit expensive compared to some but I guess you have to pay a little more for quality.
