Score 7.0/10+ Easy to set up and use. Good quality sound.
- Signal problems - check the digital signal strength in your area before buying.

Score 8.0/10+ electronic program guide and ability to record
- compatibility problems with many common makes of SD card and no information available on "approved" makes/models from the manufacturer - only through trial and error (and expense!) did I find that the relatively rare Panasonic SD cards work reliably. Readily available San Disk do not work.

Dennis, Woking , “Retired, relaxed avid listener”
Score 8.0/10+ Excellent design, and quite easy to use and understand.
- DAB reception is not as good as it could be. PURE products receive DAB rather easier and clearer than roberts.

Geoff, Hampshire , “Experienced audio buff”
Score 8.0/10+ Recording facility, very good sound
- Slightly complex operation. Not really user-friendly

Score 9.0/10+ The design and build quality are excellent. Unfortunately I am trying to get it to work in a valley where DAB is limited to a few chanels. Fortunately the aerial comes off so that you can connect an external aerial to the f-type connector revealed. All I have to do now is get a good enough aerial and raise it high enough to get my first DAB signal :-(

recording to memory card- playback ,shuffle, clear large blue screen.
on screen info for reference.
clarity of sound.
tasty design.
-
it s about time the big cumbersome and delicate ariel was replaced on all radios.
could have surround sound setting options for more dynamic range of sound.
usb lead transfer takes a long time to sync, quicker when card is removed then dragged and dropped on pc.

Jay, London , “Too old for complications”
Score 10.0/10+ Very easy to set up and once set up just switch on for good reception
- Nothing actually about the radio but it is disconcerting to have it play a few seconds after another radio in another room which is not digital.
