+ Basic and simple to use

- No that durable

+ Compact, good amount of settings for size of machine. Represents good value for money.

- Not a huge amount of space for material under the needle.

+ Basic cheap and cheerful sewing machine

- Drives you crazy trying to load the bobbin with cotton .. only the manual way works properly, only takes small cotton reels .... very flustrating

+ Easy to use for a beginner like me who only wants to turn up curtains.

- Instructions were quite poor considering it's an entry level machine.

- After 3 weeks the machine stopped working properly and I am very dissatisfied with the product. It was a present for my wife and now I am stuck with a machine that does not work properly. I know it is cheap but you expect it to work and last for longer that a couple of months. Maybe the machine is for light use only i.e someone who wants to sew for 10 minutes once every 4 months might find it suitable but if you are getting into sewing and want to use this regularly don't buy. Overall crap and waste of money.

+ Very easy to set-up. never used a sewing machine before but i didn't think it would be that easy. I just love it. The stitching also looks good.

- Only one problem, and it was when changing the needle it would not pick up the the thread from the bottom, as i have said before i never used a sewing machine before. It was an easy fix (after 2 day figuring it out) i just needed to drop the needle a bit. this is not the machines fault. just thought id let you know just in case it happens to you!

+ Lovely little sewing machine - great range of features and so far I have made two dresses which turned out beautifully!

- Foot pedal gets a bit of getting used to as it's so light - but you do get what you pay for.

+ Compact and lightweight, easy to thread up and select different stitch designs. Excellent value for money, perfect for first electric sewing machine for beginner or younger person. I bought it as an extra machine to do my paper-crafting on, its really good fun with all the varied stitches, makes crafting enjoyable.

- Not fast enough for a seasoned machinist, foot pedal too flimsy for serious sewing, ok for beginner or occasional alterations. Not big enough or sturdy enough for large projects ie: making curtains.

+ Bought this for my 10 year old daughter as all the toy machines I looked at had very bad reviews. This machine is very basic but just what we were looking for. My daughter has found it easy to use and I have even used it to make some curtains for the playhouse! I borrowed my mum's all singing all dancing expensive machine and found it difficult to use. I would definitely recommend this machine if you want to do basic sewing - excellent value for money.

+ This machine is lightweight to carry about, and is not complicated to use.Overall its very good value for the money,im pleased with it anyway.

- The only one thing i can think of is their isnt a carry handle on this one at the top.As there are on most sewing machines now.Its not really a problem as it is light anyway.
