- Good points:
- This toaster looks really gorgeous - the perfect size and shape - simple traditional style, well-made with good mechanism. I was wowed by it. It is made of metal by the way, not plastic metallic look. Unfortunately mine had an element not working properly, so I returned it and got something else. This is the second toaster I had this problem with so maybe I was unlucky and it didn't travel well in the post, or maybe it was a faulty one, but I just needed a toaster quickly so bought something else. Was VERY reluctant to send this back as it looks gorgeous - best looking toaster on the market I reckon. I get the impression that it really is pot luck with toasters - the design means an element can be damaged so easily before you get the thing home and working. Most people have had no problem with this toaster.

- None - except mine was faulty unfortunately.
