Water gauge totally useless. Float dose'nt move until a full mug of water is poured in.
It would help if the gauge was bigger & the float was white instead of red.
Impossible to see water level. Needs a backlight.
A two speed function would be an advantage to improve the efficiency of coffee extraction from coffee grinds.
If not for these issues I would rate it 10/10.
A child would not make these basic blunders. It calls into question the suitability of the designer & person that approved the design & suggests that they need to seek a career more suited to their limited abilities!
Before designing a product they need to make a list of basic specifications required.
Prestige have been making coffee machines for many years. There is absolutely no excuse for these shortcomings.

This product is excellent. I love it! It looks good, it's quick, makes a great cup of coffee and was excellent value for money.
The other great feature is the fact it's programmable. Getting up and have a fresh coffee ready for you... excellent! - Bad points:
