- It is on the expensive side. Its difficult to know when it is fully charged or know when the battery is running down.

- I love the way I can have my work and personal mobiles connected to the one headset and when using sat nav via my iPhone the turn by turn directions come through the ear piece, I used the plantronics pro before I purchased the pro HD ,,, and must say the Pro HD is ten times better! (money well spent)
