Good points:: Generally I can hear well and it is easy to use
Bad points:: It doesn't fit very well so I don't find it very comfortable. It gets tangled in my hair easily and therefore it is not easy to put on and off. I have been told that the person I'm calling can't hear well at times but some of them say it is OK. It was not easy to put together and it would have helped to show how it should look when it is complete and explain there are 2 ways to assemble it i.e. over the ear fitting or across the head.

Good points:: Reviewer left no comment
Bad points:: Did not appear to be compatible with the Cordless Phone (Siemens Gigaset) despite calling DST and getting advice in advance on compatibility for exact model. Problem: - could not hear person at other end of call, although they could hear me.

Good points:: Design is good and if they were effective they would be good value for money. However..........
Bad points:: The first set was faulty. The replacement seemed fine, I could hear clearly when dialling but the party receiving my call could not hear me.
In all, useless.
